BOCADITO DE NATA  21 g. Created using baked choux pastry filled with whipped cream and sprinkled with icing sugar.

PETIT-CHOUX DE CREMA 30 g. An elongated piece of baked choux pastry filled with pastry cream and decorated with white icing.

PETIT-CHOUX TRUFA 22 g. An elongated piece of baked choux pastry filled with whipped chocolate cream and decorated with chocolate icing.

TARTALETA FRESA 25 g. Containing a dairy and strawberry filling, and decorated with wild strawberries (20%).

Preparation:
