The Cinco Espigas line is made with 100% wheat flour from the finest crop. After an expert kneading process and a long fermentation period, the result is an exceptional bread, with a light, golden and crispy crust, a spongy and very open crumb, yielding a bread with a great aroma and an authentic country taste, as well as a long shelf life.
